Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroine Infinite Duel, PS4 / PS3

Arcana Heart series and AquaPazza developer Examu is working on a new fighting game starring the heroines of Nitroplus, this week’s Famitsu reveals.

Due out in Japanese arcades in 2015, Nitroplus Blasters: Heroine Infinite Duel uses a “Select System,” through which you’ll choose a partner character to protect your playable character with assist attacks. It’s possible to choose two at the game’s start. During battle, players can perform double jumps, air dashes, air guards, and other moves implemented in fighting games lately.

Famitsu has gone up with its online preview of Nitroplus Blasters: Heroine Infinite Duel, Nitroplus’ newly announced, Examu-developed arcade fighting game starring Nitroplus heroines.

The screenshots show Phantom Phantom of the Inferno‘s Ein, Kyuuketsu Senki Vjedogonia‘s Mora, and Full Metal Daemon: Muramasa‘s Sansei Muramasa, all of which are playable. When selecting a fighter, players can choose two partner characters for assist attacks.

Nitroplus Blasters: Heroine Infinite Duel will launch in Japanese arcades next year at 100 yen per play. A console release has not been announced.

The upcoming arcade fighting game, developed by Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax and Under Night In-Birth developer French-Bread, brings together the heroines from Nitroplus’ visual novel games.

Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroines Infinite Duel is coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 in Japan in winter 2015, the latest issue of Famitsu reveals.

Super Sonico, who is a support character in the arcade version of the Nitroplus heroine fighting game, will be a playable character in the console version. Other new playable characters will also be included.





Famitsu has gone up with its debut online preview of the newly announced PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 versions of Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroines Infinite Duel, due out this winter in Japan.

There’s not much to the screenshots that differ from the arcade version, but they do show a playable Super Sonico, who was only available as a support character in arcades. More new characters are also planned for the console release.

XSEED Games is bringing Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroines Infinite Duel to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 in North America this winter, the publisher anounced.

The fighting game, developed by Examu, features numerous playable heroines from Nitroplus’ collection of IP, as well as some still unannounced guest fighters “whom Western audiences are sure to find especially enticing” (the press release doesn’t mention Homura from Senran Kagura, so we take it she’s one of them).

Super Sonico will be playable for the first time in the console release. The game sees players select a main character along with two partner characters before heading into battle. It offers “fast and flashy combat,” as well as “easy-to-execute combos, cinematic cut-ins on ‘Lethal Blaze’ attacks that run the gamut from awe-inspiring to adorable, and assist mechanics that allow for up to six onscreen characters at a time.”

The game will also feature an online mode, with full cross-play between PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 players.

EXAMU’s latest visual novel-based fighting game, Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroines Infinite Duel, will be coming to home consoles later this year. When it does, it will do so with at least one more character than it had in the arcade.

According to the latest issue of Dengeki PlayStation magazine, Homura from Marvelous Entertainment’s Senran Kagura series will be making an appearance as a guest character.

This isn’t the first time that Marvelous, who is publishing the console versions of the game, has pushed Senran Kagura related content onto a fighting game. Previously, as part of a deal with Tecmo Koei, Dead or Alive 5 Last Round saw special Senran Kagura-themed costumes add as part of a downloadable content pack. This is the first time, however, that an actual character from the series has been made playable in a fighting game.

Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroines Infinite Duel is currently set to launch on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 sometime later this year.

Quest’ultima includerà un box da collezione, una 3D Crystal Art, la colonna sonora originale su CD, un artbook e un codice download per dei costumi da bagno da scaricare.

Le prime copie includeranno un ulteriore codice che permetterà ai giocatori di scaricare Heart Aino di Arcana Heart 3: LOVE MAX SIX STARS!!!!!! e Homura di SENRAN KAGURA, due esclusivi personaggi giocabili.

Come bonus prenotazione sarà possibile ottenere i “Marvelous Colors” per ciascuno dei personaggi, assieme a un wallpaper per PS4, PS3, PC e smartphone. L’uscita del gioco è prevista per il Nord America durante il prossimo inverno, ma non abbiamo ancora notizie che riguardano l’Europa.
