According to multiple threads over on Reddit, there's a potentially devastating issue on PlayStation 4 right now, and it stems from simple messages. Users say that receiving certain messages can 'brick' your console, effectively breaking the system. We're not totally clued up on the technical details yet, but the bottom line is that right now, a factory reset of your PS4 -- which deletes all of your data -- is the only guaranteed way to get your console up and running again.

From what we understand, this is a text-based exploit. Someone who wants to brick your console simply sends you a message that your PS4 can't read or recognise, and it crashes the system. Some users are claiming that deleting said message through the PlayStation mobile app fixes the issue, but others suggest that it doesn't always work.

Ora il problema rimane uno, se uno mette 'friends only' può sempre ricevere richieste di amicizia... se il testo in QUEL messaggio è scramblato può comunque brickare la console...
La domanda a questo punto è 'se metto NO MESSAGES posso sempre ricevere richieste di friendship ?' In quel caso non servirebbe comunque a nulla... e comunque ti fo**i la componente 'social' della Playstation.
Sony è tenuta a rilasciare un hotfix in breve tempo, la cosa potrebbe sfuggire di mano.

EDIT: ok, nel dubbio ho modificato le impostazioni di privacy su 'Nessuna richiesta di amicizia'.
Impostazioni>Gestione Account>Impostazioni di Privacy>Amici | Connessione>Richieste Amico = Nessuno

Quel 'quadratino con punto di domanda' è un emoji che la PS4 non riconosce e bricka tutto...

EDIT: giusto, oltre a 'Richieste Amico' va disabilitato anche 'Inviti dei Team', almeno settato su 'Solo Amici'

ho tenuto attivo i messaggi 'solo amici' e disattivato il resto, inviti ai team e richieste di amicizia.

...che sai, giocando a roba """competitiva""" non vorrei beccare il disperato di turno...
